于曦，中国共产党党员，博士，教授，清迈大学博士生导师。毕业于法国里昂第二大学，现担任成都大学斯特灵学院院长,四川省普通本科高等学校实验室建设与实践专业教学指导委员会委员，四川省计算机学会教育与培训专委会秘书长，成都欧美同学会留法分会秘书长，获得四川省海外高层次留学人才称号。
目前主要从事人工智能在智慧教育、智慧焊接、智慧医疗方面的研究。具有丰富的IT项目开发经验，先后参与开发了横向项目10余项。有较强的科研和数学建模能力，先后在国内和国际期刊上发表30余篇论文，其中SCI，EI检索20余篇，教材3部，国家发明专利3项。
主持省部级科研项目4项，省级教改项目2项，获得国家级教学成果奖二等奖一项。作为成都大学项目负责人参与国际Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education项目(Building Skills4.0 THrough University and Entreprise CollaboraTion)。
主要分工：全面主持学院行政工作，全面负责本学院的学科建设、教学、科学研究和发展规划、人事、师资、财务、审计、对外合作与交流等工作，协助负责统战工作。定期向本学院教职工大会或教职工代表大会报告工作，分管综合事务中心。
YU Xi, a member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., Professor, and doctoral supervisor at Chiang Mai University. He graduated from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in France and currently serves as the Dean of Stirling College at Chengdu University. He is a member of the Laboratory Construction and Practical Teaching Steering Committee of Sichuan Provincial Undergraduate Colleges and Universities, Secretary-General of the Education and Training Professional Committee of the Sichuan Computer Federation, and Secretary-General of the French Chapter of the Chengdu Western Returned Scholars Association. He has been awarded the title of Sichuan Provincial Overseas High-Level Talents.
His current research primarily focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in smart education, smart welding, and smart healthcare. He has extensive experience in IT project development and has participated in the development of over 10 industry-funded projects. He possesses strong research and mathematical modeling capabilities, having published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals, of which over 20 are indexed by SCI and EI. He has also authored 3 textbooks and holds 3 national invention patents.
He has led 4 provincial and ministerial-level research projects and 2 provincial-level educational reform projects, and has received a Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award. As the project leader for Chengdu University, he has participated in the international Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project (Building Skills 4.0 THrough University and Entreprise CollaboraTion).
Main Responsibilities: He is fully in charge of the college's administrative affairs, overseeing discipline development, teaching, research and development planning, personnel, faculty, finance, auditing, external cooperation and exchanges, while also assisting with united front work. He regularly reports on the college's work to the faculty assembly or the faculty congress, and supervises the Comprehensive Affairs Center.
