刘昶，博士，教授，硕士生导师，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选，CCF高级会员，中国计算机学会青年计算机科技论坛（CCF YOCSEF成都）25-26主席，四川省人工智能学会副秘书长，四川认知科学学会监事。

毕业于四川大学获得博士学位，法国里昂二大和电子科技大学博士后。研究方向及领域：机器学习，计算机视觉，计算神经科学。主持及参与过国家自然科学基金，省科技厅面上项目和中国博士后面上项目等10余项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文50余篇，其中SCI检索30余篇，出版1部学术独著和人工智能青少年科普读物《陪孩子遇见人工智能——悟小白寻师历险记》，主编本科和研究生教材《机器学习》（Python版），获得四川省科技进步二等奖和四川省计算机科学技术奖，授权国家发明专利6项，指导本科生参加学科竞赛获得多项国家和省部级奖项。

Liu Chang, Ph.D., is a Professor and Master's Supervisor. She is a reserve candidate for the Sichuan Provincial Academic and Technological Leader Program, a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), Chair of CCF YOCSEF Chengdu (2025–2026), Deputy Secretary-General of the Sichuan Artificial Intelligence Society, and Supervisor of the Sichuan Cognitive Science Society.

She received her Ph.D. from Sichuan University and conducted postdoctoral research at Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France) and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Her research interests include machine learning, computer vision, and computational neuroscience.

She has led or participated in more than 10 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the General Program of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. She has published over 30 papers in domestic and international academic journals, has authored one academic monograph, and is the author of the AI popular-science book for young readers *Accompanying Children to Meet Artificial Intelligence: The Adventures of Wu Xiaobai in Search of a Master* (《陪孩子遇见人工智能——悟小白寻师历险记》). She served as chief editor of the undergraduate and graduate textbook *Machine Learning* (Python Edition).

She is a recipient of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize) and the Sichuan Provincial Computer Science and Technology Award, holds 6 granted national invention patents, and has mentored undergraduate students to numerous national, provincial, and ministerial-level awards in academic competitions.
