罗小红，中共党员，体育教育与运动学博士，硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为体育教学、学校体育、体育课程数字化及花样跳绳实践。体操、健美操国家二级运动员，花样跳绳高级教练员。四川省一流本科课程负责人，创新创业高级导师，成都大学花样跳绳高水平运动队主教练。聚焦教学、竞技训练与创新创业多维育人，指导研究生开展教学实践、运动项目研究与创新实践。
Luo Xiaohong，CPC member, Doctor of Physical Education and Kinesiology, Master’s Supervisor. Her main research interests include physical education teaching, school physical education, digitalization of physical education curricula, and practical research of rope skipping. She is a National Level 2 Athlete in gymnastics and aerobic gymnastics, as well as a Senior Rope Skipping Coach. She serves as the person in charge of the Sichuan Provincial First Class Undergraduate Course, Senior Innovation and Entrepreneurship Tutor, and Head Coach of the High Level Rope Skipping Team of Chengdu University. Committed to multi dimensional talent cultivation integrating teaching, competitive training and innovation entrepreneurship, she supervises postgraduate students in pedagogical practice, sports event research and innovative practical projects.
