周楠，电子科技大学博士，成都大学副教授，硕士生导师，天府绛溪实验室特聘研究员，四川省智能康复系统感知与控制国际联合研究中心执行主任。获中国科技产业化促进会一等奖, 已在TCSVT、TNNLS、TFS、TCDS、PR等期刊发表学术论文30余篇，TOP期刊10余篇。主持国家级与省部级等项目5项。担任TNNLS、EAAI、TCSVT、TIP、ESWA、PR、 Information Fusion等SCI期刊审稿人，国际会议IJCNN2025, 2026区域主席，四川省科技厅、经信厅项目评审专家。

研究方向：鲁棒建模与求解、特征学习、聚类分析、智能医疗系统、脑机接口。

Nan Zhou, Ph.D. from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Chengdu University. He is also a Distinguished Research Fellow at Tianfu Jiangxi Laboratory, and Executive Director of Sichuan International Joint Research Center for Perception and Control of Intelligent Rehabilitation Systems.

He received the First Prize of China Science and Technology Industrialization Promotion Association. He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals including TCSVT, TNNLS, TFS, TCDS and PR, among which over 10 are TOP‑journal papers. He has presided over 5 national and provincial‑ministerial research projects.

He serves as a reviewer for SCI journals such as TNNLS, EAAI, TCSVT, TIP, ESWA, PR and Information Fusion. He acted as Track Chair for IJCNN 2025 and IJCNN 2026, and is a project review expert for the Department of Science and Technology of Sichuan Province and the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Sichuan Province.

Research Interests: Robust modeling and solving, feature learning, cluster analysis, intelligent medical systems, brain‑computer interfaces.
