民进会员、成都大学特聘副研究员，成都芯脑科技有限公司科技副总。本、硕、博分别毕业于电子科技大学微电子技术专业、美国密歇根大学电子工程专业以及电子科技大学生物医学工程专业。致力于脑机接口、脑器交互领域研究，发表SCI论文30余篇，申请国家发明专利10余项。主持四川省科技厅重点研发计划项目《基于脑机接口的高原围产期抑郁症智能诊疗系统》，经费50万元，首次实现脑机接口技术在高原孕产妇群体的落地应用。荣获四川省高校新入职教师课堂教学比赛一等奖、省优秀示范课学员、电信学院青年教师教学技能竞赛二等奖、成都大学首届教师教学技能大赛三等奖，获评“教育教学先进个人”。

He is a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, Associate Researcher at Chengdu University, and Deputy Director of Technology at Chengdu Xinnao Technology Co., LTD. He received his B.Eng. in Microelectronics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from UESTC. His research focuses on Brain‑Computer Interface and Brain-Apparatus Communication. He has published more than 30 SCI papers and filed over 10 national invention patents. He presides over the key R&D project funded by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, “Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment System for Plateau Perinatal Depression based on Brain‑Computer Interface”, with a total funding of 500,000 RMB. This work realizes the first‑ever practical deployment of Brain‑Computer Interface technology for plateau maternal populations. He has been awarded the First Prize in the Sichuan Provincial Teaching Competition for New University Faculty, Outstanding Trainee of Provincial Excellent Demonstration Courses, Second Prize in the Young Teacher Teaching Skills Competition of the School of Electronic Information, and Third Prize of the 1st Chengdu University Teaching Skills Competition. He was also honored as an Advanced Individual in Education and Teaching.
